Aleesha Young established herself as a leading female bodybuilder professional in the second half of the decade. The year 1984 was the year that Aleesha was born into an athlete's family. Her father took part in bodybuilding alongside her sisters and brothers. played sports like hockey. Aleesha had played a variety of sports like soccer, basketball and softball, before she got involved in bodybuilding at the age of was 15 or so. Aleesha was granted her professional card in 2014, after winning her first NPC USA Championships. Her first year of competition she did so in the year 2008. In 2014, she participated at the IFBB Wings of Strength PBW Tampa Pro at which she ranked 9th. Her 2015 finish was 9th. Aleesha finished 6th both in 2015 and in 2016 at 2016 at the IFBB Wings Of Strength Rising Phoenix World Championships. Aleesha started to get better and was able to achieve her first professional win when she won Chicago Pro Championships. The bodybuilder's best performance at the WOS Rising Phoenix was in the year 2020, when she snagged the fourth position. But the "World's strong mother" had to stop her training due to health issues.
